CND Matte Top Coat .25oz

CND Shellac Matte Top Coat. Size .25 oz/7.3ml.  Matte finish top coat for a different look. A single layer of Top Coat provides the durable, final coat and seals the deal with a finish.  After aplying CND Shellac color, apply a thin layer to all nails. Cure for 1 minute in the CND LED Lamp. Remover the tacky layer with Alcohol and lint-free wipes.  Formaldehyde, Toluene and DBP (Phthalate) FREE.
