RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY POLICY

Returns

At Beauty Bazaar, customer satisfaction is important to us. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, colours, sizes, and suitability before making a purchase.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for change-of-mind purchases.

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

This includes situations where:

* An incorrect product has been selected.
* The wrong colour, size, model, or quantity has been ordered.
* The product is no longer required.
* Personal preferences have changed after purchase.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or required under New Zealand consumer law:

* Cosmetics and makeup products
* Nail polishes, gel polishes, and nail liquids
* Waxing products
* Eyelash and eyebrow products
* Hair care and beauty products
* Personal care items
* Opened or used beauty products
* Clearance and sale items
* Gift cards

Salon Furniture & Equipment

Salon chairs, barber chairs, beauty beds, trolleys, stools, reception furniture, and other salon equipment must be inspected upon delivery.

Returns for these products may only be considered where:

* The product arrives damaged.
* The product is faulty.
* The product supplied differs from the item ordered.

Products that have been assembled, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Approved Returns

Any approved return must:

* Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
* Include all original packaging, accessories, and components.
* Be returned in original condition.

Beauty Bazaar reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any refund, repair, replacement, or exchange.

Warranty

Many salon furniture and equipment products sold by Beauty Bazaar are covered by a manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty.

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects occurring under normal intended use.

Warranty does not cover:

* Normal wear and tear
* Accidental damage
* Misuse or neglect
* Improper assembly or installation
* Damage caused by incorrect operation or maintenance
* Commercial misuse outside intended use

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
