CND Shellac Pearl Top Coat. Size .25 oz. Pearl finish top coat for a different look. A single layer of Top Coat provides the durable, final coat and seals the deal with a finish. After aplying CND Shellac color, apply a thin layer to all nails. Cure for 1 minute in the CND LED Lamp. Remover the tacky layer with Alcohol and lint-free wipes.
